Your child’s course will include relevant information about the industries and jobs related to their chosen subject. Our career education has been developed to meet the Gatsby Benchmarks (a framework that schools and colleges use to develop high-quality career education, information advice and guidance)
Our courses at a glance
As well as a vocational course, 16-18s will study English and maths alongside their chosen course if necessary. This is usually done when the student has not achieved a grade 4 at GCSE or equivalent.
For example, a student studying Level 2 Engineering could take GCSE maths or Numeracy Functional Skills alongside this course. We also offer various degree-level courses and professional qualifications for adults that students can progress onto.
Our careers advisers are on hand to help with UCAS applications and give career advice.
