These workshops are great if you want to improve your resilience and self-awareness or would like to learn new skills related to mindfulness and relaxation - Offer guidance and advice
For anyone who would like more information about mental or emotional health issues as well as providing a signposting and referral service to external providers of psychological support such as CAMHS - Be available as mental health first-aiders
For anyone experiencing a mental health crisis at college
