Entry Requirements
4 GCSEs at grade 9-4 (A*-C), including English and Maths, or a Level 2 qualification (Merit or Distinction) in a related subject. Note: for skills-based qualifications you might need the skills at Level 2 in order to enrol onto the Level 3.

Assessment
You will produce a portfolio of evidence to show your progress. There are also tests throughout the course to assess your theoretical knowledge. You will be assessed through real work experience in our BR6 Restaurant and training kitchens.

Moving Forward
Employment as a chef in a professional restaurant or in other catering-related businesses and organisations
