What will the apprentice be doing?
- Engaging with social media – Managing and tracking accounts to build our online presence.
- Bringing creativity to life – Creating photo, video, and written content for our social channels.
- Understanding what works – Analysing content performance to refine our digital strategies.
- Exploring fresh ideas – Researching and brainstorming innovative marketing campaigns.
- Crafting compelling messages – Writing engaging social media captions, newsletters, blogs, website content, and ad copy.
- Keeping our website up to date – Making sure our pages stay fresh and relevant.
Boosting our online reach – Developing SEO and paid search strategies to grow our audience. - Staying organised – Managing databases and ensuring information is up to date.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Level 3 Digital Marketer Apprenticeship Standard
Vendor qualification: Google Analytics. - Level 3 Award in the Principles of Coding.
- Level 3 Certificate in the Principles of Online and Offline Marketing.
- Level 3 Certificate in Digital Marketing Business Principles.
- Level 2 Functional Skills in English and Maths - this will need to achieve this level prior to taking their EPA.
- Institute of Apprenticeship Certificate.
End point assessment;
- Summative portfolio.
