On Wednesday 12 October, Alice gave the T Level Health students an insight into the clinical aspect of working within the NHS. On Friday 14 October, the students were invited to visit King's College Hospital, NHS Foundation Trust, to have a tour of the hospital and were able to talk to several staff in a variety of positions.
Summer Chaproniere-Hobbs, Health T Level Student, says:
"I really enjoyed the NHS talk; it was very informative and motivating. I can't wait to begin my career and complete the work experience part of the course. I am so happy; I have chosen to study the T Level course as this will support me to be become a paramedic."
Maria Humphreys, Head of Student Placements, London South East Colleges, says:
"The students are also looking forward to starting their work experience in November with the NHS. We will continue to highlight their achievements and share their experiences during the academic year. We wish them all the absolute best as they start their journey."
A huge thank you to King's College Foundation Trust for accommodating our T Level students on this experience - we look forward to more collaborations in the future.
