The team from Lovell gave a talk to students about the company's deliveries and partnerships with housing associations and local authorities, as well as recruitment areas, such as apprenticeship and social value ventures with charities and colleges. The talks went further to discuss CVs, interviews and what they look for in prospective candidates.
Lovell will be hosting CV workshops and will be working closely with students from across our construction areas to secure work experience which could lead to apprenticeship roles at the end of their courses.
Our thanks to Alexandra Robins, Harriet Allen, and Claire Sharpe from Lovell Partnership. Thanks also go to Trevor Noble and the Curriculum Team and Michelle Luckens and the Work Experience Team for their support in this event. In attendance were students from Built Environment, Bricklaying, Electrical, Carpentry and Plumbing.
