Brooke Davis of Keller Williams judged their projects to be the best of the 27 submitted. As a reward, and to acknowledge the standard of work they had produced, both Georgiana and Ralica were invited to Keller Williams for a day of training on sales, sales aftercare, lead generation and successful marketing of a property list.
Of this opportunity, Georgiana and Ralica said, "we were taught how to ask leading questions of clients to identify their exact needs in a property, as well as the best social media platforms to promote properties to the right buyer. It was really useful to learn about promoting business on social media to increase engagement."
The students were both given gift boxes from Keller Williams as well as certificates and gift vouchers for all their hard work.
Both students are in their final year of college. Ralica is planning on going to university and then go into property sales and development; she plans to look into working for an estate agent part-time whilst she is still studying. Georgiana is looking to leave college and go straight into employment.
Brooke Davis and Keller Williams are happy to support the property development project again this year. Business Studies students will be able to engage with this opportunity and build their skills in design, finance and sales.
