We invited staff and external agencies to give students information about the many services accessible to them, including some of the universities they can apply to after their courses. Students had the opportunity to register their interest in participating in many activities including music workshops, volunteering opportunities, student trips, work experience, sports, careers and wellbeing activities, to name a few.
John Cumberbatch, Sports Development & Wellbeing Coordinator, says: "It was great to see that the hard work in organising this event paid dividends. It gave us the opportunity to showcase the services and support we provide, getting the students really excited about college life. There were many laughs and smiles on the day, intermixed with very important information gathered by students."
The students were offered free samples and were able to take part in the various activities there on the day - making the experience an enjoyable and exciting one. We wish all our students the very best of luck in their studies as they start their journeys towards successful careers.
