Deputy Principal Study Programmes and Quality

Fadia joined the College in September 2022 with significant experience working in the FE sector. During this time and as a senior manager, she has led Study Programmes, part-time provision, higher education, apprenticeship, high needs and 14 – 16 provision.

Fadia Clarke has an MA in Leadership and Management, a PGCE (FE) and a Civil Engineering degree from Warwick University.

Early in her career, Fadia worked with British Rail on the Waterloo Eurostar terminus, where she gained her MISE in Charter Structural Engineering. Fadia is also an Ofsted inspector who has assisted with inspections of 6th Form Colleges FE Colleges and is a lead HMI on Apprenticeship provision.
