The course is designed for young people with SEND who wish to develop the necessary skills for independence and future employment. The aim is to support each learner in maximising their potential and developing the practical and social skills required for the workplace.
Personal Progression Pathways are individual learning programmes created to support the students’ needs and aspirations as they prepare for adult life. Their individual pathways are made up of selected modules that will develop skills. Each student is invited to attend the college for a short transition programme to ascertain the most appropriate modules that will enable them to develop and progress.
This programme is suitable for applicants who are unsure which vocational route they would like to pursue as a career and/or need to further develop English, Maths and ICT. The aim of this programme is to explore a range of vocational subjects and to develop the skills and knowledge required to pursue further education in a vocational subject at Entry/Level 1 and then beyond

The Supported Internship is a one year programme designed to develop both practical and theoretical employment skills of learners with SEND to aid their progress into employment. Learners will work at their work placement for agreed days during the week and will attend College a further one day per week at the Bexley Campus.
